The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Recruiting Facilities Program, is soliciting offers for approximately 1,769 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space in Warren, MI, within ¼ mile of 29337 Mound Rd and in ZIP 48092. Requirements include secondary egress, parking for 7 government-owned vehicles 24/7, adequate parking within four blocks for employees/customers, daytime janitorial services, and maximum-visibility signage; sites adjacent to incompatible businesses such as adult entertainment, night clubs/bars, methadone clinics, drug rehabilitation centers, marijuana/hemp dispensaries, gun shops, or liquor stores may be eliminated. Lessors must be registered and active in SAM.gov and submit a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of active CAGE code, and existing floor plan, with attached lease, general conditions, construction specs, janitorial specs, and SAM instructions to review. The first four lease pages have negotiable terms, but general conditions are non-negotiable and must be accepted as written, and construction specifications impose additional lessor responsibilities.
