This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide Partnering Facilitation services in support of the VA Canandaigua, NY and VA Louisville, KY project. The Contractor shall furnish all services, materials, supplies, labor, and travel as required to perform the scope of work (SOW) herein. All office equipment and miscellaneous items deemed necessary for the performance of this SOW including, but not limited to, computers, projectors, telephones, software, etc. shall be provided by the Contractor. NOTE: This RFP is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611. The size standard is $16.5M. Proposals are due on 27 August 2021 at 2:00 PM ET.
