Sites near non-compatible businesses such as adult entertainment venues, bars, or dispensaries may be excluded. Lessors must be registered in SAM.gov and submit a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of registration, and an existing floor plan. The lease is negotiated for a 5-year term, with firm terms requiring significant build-out contributions, and proposals are due by 5:30 pm on 8/4/2026.
