The space must include a secondary egress, parking for 18 Government-owned vehicles 24/7 (preferably sign-designated), adequate parking within four blocks for employee and customer vehicles, daytime janitorial services, and adequate signage, while sites adjacent to incompatible businesses such as adult entertainment, nightclubs/bars, methadone/drug treatment, marijuana dispensaries, gun shops, or liquor stores may be eliminated.
