Adjacent adult entertainment venues, night clubs/bars, methadone/drug rehabilitation centers, marijuana/hemp dispensaries, gun shops, or liquor stores may make a site non-compatible and subject to elimination. Lessors must be registered/active in SAM.gov and provide a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of registration/CAGE code, and existing floor plan; the first four lease pages are negotiable, but general conditions and construction specifications are non-negotiable and impose additional lessor responsibilities.
