Required features include secondary egress; parking for 12 government-owned vehicles 24/7 plus employee/customer parking within four blocks; daytime janitorial service; and adequate signage, while sites adjacent to incompatible businesses such as adult entertainment, bars, methadone/drug rehab, marijuana/hemp dispensaries, gun shops, or liquor stores may be excluded. Lessors must be registered and active in SAM.gov, and offers must include a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of SAM registration/active CAGE code, and the existing floor plan, with attached lease, general conditions, construction specifications, janitorial specifications, and SAM instructions to review.
