USARC seeks a lease in Fort Wayne, IN 46802 for approximately 62,000 square feet of maintenance building and grounds to support Army Reserve deployment readiness vehicular maintenance. Required space includes 8,715 square feet of shop maintenance, 1,164 square feet of indoor ground maintenance support, and 8,100 square feet of fenced secure military equipment parking. The site must also provide 4,975 square yards (44,775 square feet) of sealed-concrete service access apron capable of supporting a 60-ton vehicle, maintenance bay doors at least 12 feet wide by 14 feet high, public utilities, and access to major roadway corridors for commercial transport vehicles. The lease term is a one-year base plus four one-year option renewals, exercisable with 30 days’ written notice.
