The current design is at 65%, with anticipated CMAR onboarding around 90% design completion; Phase 1 would be a funded Preconstruction Services Agreement where the builder advises the Designer of Record to close the final design gap and help validate open-book pricing/MII for a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
