The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Recruiting Facilities Program, is soliciting offers for approximately 4,582 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space in Clarksville, IN, within a 1/4-mile radius of 1025 Veterans Pkwy and ZIP 47129. The space must provide secondary egress, parking for 15 Government-owned vehicles 24/7 plus adequate employee/customer parking within four blocks, daytime janitorial services, and adequate signage, and sites adjacent to specified incompatible businesses may be eliminated. Lessors must be registered and active in SAM.gov, and offers must include a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of SAM registration/active CAGE code, and existing floor plan.
