This solicitation is set aside for contractors assigned to Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contracts, Numbers W912QR-15-D-0006 through W912QR-15-D-0008 to provide Design/Build Construction Services within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries. We request you submit a price proposal for the Design-Build Renovation of NSWC Building 143 Test Cell at Crane, In as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, specifications, and General Wage Determination IN190008 posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. The documents are available for download on the FBO website only. All vendors must be registered in the SAM database and in FBO. The FBO website is www.fbo.gov. The RFP can be found by logging into the website as a vendor and searching on the solicitation number (W912QR-90293417). The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The basis of this task order is lowest evaluated price. The site visit has been set up for 17 April 2019, 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). No inquiries will be allowed during the site visit. All inquiries must be submitted via the Projnet Bidder Inquiry site. A Bidder Key is provided with the solicitation information. Please RSVP the following information: 1. Name of Attendees 2. No cameras, cell phones or electronic devices are permitted for this site visit. Send RSVP to John.P.Hearn@usace.army.mil by 1600 hours on April 15th. No additional attendees will be registered after this date or time. A Confirmation email will be sent out on 16th of April to confirm each registration. It will include driving instructions to Crane IN, a map to visitor center and any other pertinent information. A bus will be reserved and waiting to transport participants to and from the site visit. The bus will be parked in a large parking lot across from the Crane Visitors Center at Crane and leaving PROMPTLY at 0945 Hours before the start of the site visit at 1000 hours. All participants must ride the bus. Contractors must complete and submit the attached Site Visit Access Form and follow the Defense Biometrics Identification System Standard Operating Procedures (DBIDS) instructions no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, 15 April 2019. This form must include all individuals who will be attending the site visit.
