Design and construction of a concrete block Moving Armor Target (MAT) Wall for Range 26, at Fort McCoy, WI. Work includes demolition of the existing timber pile wall, associated earthwork, and reconnection of existing electrical equipment, as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, and specifications.
