THIS PROJECT IS FOR THE SOUTHEAST MATOC POOL W912QR21D0049 THROUGH W912QR21D0055. Provide design analysis and construction documents to meet the HVAC and plumbing requirements within the scope of this project. Plumbing systems include replacement lift station and new force main for the campground and a septic system to serve the White Pine Comfort station. HVAC system analysis to include, but is not limited to, heating and ventilating loads and equipment sizing. No heating loads are provided in this scope of work, but existing HVAC equipment heating capacities, plus 20 percent, shown historical as-builts may be assumed for bidding purposes given the new facilities similar construction and use.
