The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 3,600 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space within a ¼ mile radius of 351 Loucks Rd., York, Pennsylvania. The space must have a secondary egress and adequate parking for about 15 Government vehicles during the day and overnight, and must use a Government Lease.
