The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 850 usable square feet of retail space within a 1-mile radius of 5837 Ellsworth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232. The space must have a secondary egress, adequate parking for about two Government vehicles both day and overnight, and use the Government Lease.
