The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking lease proposals for approximately 6,587 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space within a ¼ mile radius of its current location. The space must have a secondary egress and adequate parking for about 20 Government vehicles both daytime and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount covering CAM, taxes, and insurance, and draft lease documents are attached. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, with EFT payments required; registration can often be completed 24–48 hours after submission. A notarized letter appointing an authorized Entity Administrator is mandatory, and if registration is activated before approval, the signed letter must be sent to GSA FSD within 30 days of activation.
