The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 820 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space within a ¼-mile radius of its current location. The space must have a secondary egress and adequate parking for about two Government vehicles both daytime and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Interested parties may obtain additional information from Robert Howell at robert.c.howell@usace.army.mil, and draft lease documents are attached; responses should include the proposed rental amount inclusive of CAM, taxes, and insurance. All contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, with early registration encouraged to avoid delays. A notarized letter appointing the authorized Entity Administrator is mandatory for registration activation, and the signed copy must be sent to GSA FSD within 30 days of activation to avoid losing active SAM status.
