The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 2,500 usable square feet of retail space within a 1-mile radius of Park Place Center, 159 N. Hermitage Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148. The space must have a secondary egress and adequate parking for about seven Government vehicles both during the day and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. All contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, with registration often completable 24–48 hours after submission but potentially taking several weeks, and a notarized letter appointing the authorized Entity Administrator is mandatory and must be sent to GSA FSD within 30 days of activation. Government payments will be made by electronic funds transfer, and contractors will need a Unique Entity Identifier.
