The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 4,013 usable square feet of retail space within a 1-mile radius of 22631 Route 68, Clarion Mall, Clarion, PA 16214. The space must have a secondary egress, adequate parking for about five Government vehicles both day and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount inclusive of CAM, taxes, and insurance. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, with electronic funds transfer payments required and a notarized letter appointing the authorized Entity Administrator required for activation.
