The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks lease proposals for approximately 3,541 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space within a ¼-mile radius of the current location address. The space must have a secondary egress and adequate parking for about 10 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount covering CAM, taxes, and insurance; draft lease documents are attached, and additional information is available from Chris Howell. All contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, use electronic funds transfer, and obtain a Unique Entity Identifier; registration may take several weeks and can usually be completed 24–48 hours after submission. A mandatory notarized letter appointing the authorized Entity Administrator must be sent to the GSA Federal Service Desk within 30 days of activation to avoid losing active SAM status.
