The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 844 usable square feet of retail space within a 1-mile radius of 8001 Rowan Rd., Cranberry Township, PA 16066. The space must have a secondary egress, adequate parking for Government vehicles during the day and overnight, and must use the Government Lease. Responses should include the proposed rental amount covering CAM, taxes, and insurance, and additional information is available from Malcolm Brooks at malcolm.i.brooks@usace.army.mil. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award; registration may take several weeks, and a notarized letter appointing an authorized Entity Administrator is required, with the signed letter due to the GSA Federal Service Desk within 30 days of activation. There is no cost to use SAM, and vendors are encouraged to begin registration immediately to avoid delays.
