This is a market survey to gauge interest from small businesses for a future project involving construction materials testing services. The services include aggregate, bituminous, concrete, masonry, soils, and fire resistive materials testing, with laboratory validation via the USACE Materials Testing Center. The work will be performed at four separate locations and surrounding areas, with testing during normal seasonal construction hours and occasional nights. The contract may be awarded as one combined BPA or four separate BPAs, with a maximum value of $200,000 per year and $1,000,000 over five years, and individual calls not exceeding $2,500.
