The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1035 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 3751 Teays Valley Rd., Hurricane, WV 25526. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately one (1) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
