The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1507 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 300 Summers St, Charleston, West Virginia 25301. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately three (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
