**USACE NORTHEAST REGION MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY** This is a Design-Bid-Build Request for Proposal for the Aberdeen Army Reserve Center (ARC) Humidity Control located at Aberdeen, MD. This project requires the provision of all work, materials, and labor necessary to replace the current Make-up Air Unit (MAU-1) with Package Dedicated Outdoor Air System. This action is a 100% set-aside for IDIQ contract holders under the USACE, Louisville District's Northeast Region Small Business MATOC pool (IDIQ Contract Numbers W912QR21D0056 thru W912QR21D0060, W912QR21D0085 and W912QR21D0086). The project is restricted to these seven (7) contract holders only. Proposals submitted from other vendors will not be considered. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. Therefore, FAR 5.203 does not apply. The seven (7) MATOC Contractors and IDIQ Contract Numbers are as follows: W912QR21D0056 A&H-Ambica JV, LLC W912QR21D0057 Butt Construction Company, Incorporated W912QR21D0058 Howard W. Pence, Inc. This Amendment shall be acknowledged with the submitted Request for Proposal. b. The Specifications Section has been revised to add 32 31 13 Chain Link Fences (to address Bidder Inquiry 9857342). c.
