INTEC Group – W912QR20D0021 AWN, INC – W912QR20D0022 RJ Runge – W912QR20D0023 GM Hill – W912QR20D0024 Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contracts, Numbers W912QR20D0021 to W912QR20D0024 to provide Design/Build Construction Services within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries. We request you submit a price proposal for the Design-Build Renovation of Miscellaneous Construction Items located at Olmsted Locks and Dam as detailed in the scope of work, drawings, specifications, and other attached documents obtained through SAM.gov. Documents will be available for download on the SAM.gov website only. All vendors must be registered in the SAM database. The RFP can be found by logging into the website as a vendor and searching on the solicitation number (W912QR-11944624). The estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The site visit has been set up for 25 August 2021, 10:00 AM Eastern. Please refer to Clause 52.236-27, Site Visit (Construction) (Feb 1995) – Alternate I (Feb 1995) for details. The basis for award of this task order is lowest evaluated total price. Please submit a price breakdown and/or labor category table demonstrating the use of the binding rates included in your MATOC contract. The submitted price breakdown should include sufficient detail to allow the Government to verify that your proposed price incorporates the binding rates from your base contract. Any level of effort shown in the submitted information will not be used for evaluation purposes and will be used only to ensure that the proposal is in compliance with the binding rates from the base contract.
