The intent of this solicitation is to select no more than (5) contractors for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide varying types of fabrication parts and refurbishment services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes, and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries. Each MATOC will consist of a three (3)-year base period and One (1) two (2)-year option period for a total of five years. The available capacity for the MATOC pool is $15,000,000.00. This is a one-phase procurement. Proposals will be evaluated by the Government in accordance with the following criteria: I) Past Performance and II) Technical Capability to include the following subfactors: a) Management Plan; b) Quality Control Plan; c) Geographical proximity to the Louisville Repair Station (LRS), 2605 Shipping port Drive, Louisville, KY 40212. Pro Forma Information will also be required to meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation. All evaluation factors, other than price, when combined, are considered significantly more important than cost or price.
