The procurement is for fourteen Motorola APX NEXT XN portable radios and associated equipment for the 612th Air Base Squadron Fire Department. The radios must ensure compatibility and interoperability with the installation’s existing Motorola GTR8000 VHF conventional repeater system and current Fire Department radio equipment. They must support conventional VHF operation, AES-256 encryption, and work with existing KVL3000 Plus key-loading equipment, APX fill cable, and APX programming cable. This purchase will replace and augment existing portable radios using the installation’s current communications infrastructure. Items must be shipped to Charleston, SC.
