The 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Office requires: Services include administrative management ofthe Honduran tax exoneration process for all United States Government purchases made by units at SotoCano Air Base. The tax exoneration process includes several components to include completingpurchase order registration, purchase order liquidations, and purchase reports. The forms and reportsmust be submitted via the Plataforma Administradora de Modulos de Exoneraciones de Honduras(PAMEH) online system using the Spanish language. Services required include multiple componentswhich have monthly and annual deadlines, in support of Joint Task Force Bravo (JTF-B), also referred toherein as “the Government”.
