This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) through sam.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small business or procured through full and open competition. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. (Ref: FAR 19.502) The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Center – Americas, in support of the US Army South is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify vendors having an interest and resources to provide commercial portable shower trailers to include bulk water delivery up to 5k gallons for multiple delvieries and bulk containers to hold the bulk water for a Period of Performance from 22 MAR 24 thru 30 APR 24 in support of U.S. personnel requirements in the following locations in Honduras: 1. Cucuyagua- On a Military Base Camp (Septimo Batallón de Infanteria Cucuyagua) 2. La, Venta- On a Military Base Camp (Primer Batallón de Fuerzas Especiales) 3. Puerto Castilla- On a Military Base Camp (Primer Batallón de Fuerzas Especiales Navales) 4. Lepaterique- On a Police Base Camp (Plantel Lepaterique) The applicable NAICS code is 238220 Questions regarding this Sources Sought announcement shall be submitted no later than 15 JAN 24 by 10:00 AM Central Time (CT).
