The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment , supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to inspect, test, maintain and perform minor repairs for the fire training building, mobile, aircraft trainer (MAFT), portable helicopter trainer, and portable car trainer located at Soto Cano Air Base as defined in this PWS. The period of performance is for a base year plus four (4) option years. In addition to the annual maintenance, the contractor shall repair and replace any and all part of the Pilot Box that are currently rendering the MAFT non-mission capable.
