The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to supply 2 x 4,000lb blocks, 1 x 8,000 lb. block, and 1 x 12,000 lb. block. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall load test sling-blocks in a licensed facility and have them ready for immediate use upon arrival at Soto Cano Airbase. The contractor shall show proof of load testing. The contractor shall provide door-to-door shipping to expedite the arrival of sling-blocks. The contractor shall be responsible for delivery and coordination of download at site. The contractor shall manufacture the sling blocks according to the required specifications.
