This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912QM-21-Q-0023 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-05, effective date 10 March 2021. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 312112 Bottled Water Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is not being set aside for Small Businesses. The 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Office, Soto Cano AB, Palmerola, Comayagua, Honduras will establish at least three (3) BPAs for Bottled Water Aquaviva and Bulk Water, to include all personnel, drivers training, and equipment necessary to provide these supplies in the country of Panama.
