Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Conversational Spanish Class Instructor as defined in the attached PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS). Objectives: To provide beginner and intermediate conversational Spanish Languaue Instruction at the Education Center, Soto Cano AB. Scope: Contractor shall provide conversational Spanish language instruction at Soto Cano AB as part of the local Language Program. Spanish instruction must include from Basic to Intermediate/Advance level. The contractor services shall be made available to US active-duty military and authorized civilians. Delivery of services will not be called unless at least 8 students have enrolled in the course, not to exceed a maximum of 30 fulltime student. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months plus two (2) additional option years, the dates are anticipated to be as follows: Base Period: 16 July 2024 – 15 July 2025 First Option Period: 16 July 2025 – 15 July 2026 Second Option Period: 16 July 2026 – 15 July 2027 Third Option Period:16 July 2027- 15 July 2028 Fourth Option Period: 16 July 2028- 15 July 2029
