The Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, personnel and supervision necessary to provide Portable Chemical Latrines Rentals/Services. The contractor shall place Portable Chemical Latrines at a concentration and at locations as determined by the Contracting Officer and COR (if applicable).at each location. Upon request on days where contractor is on site the contractor shall relocate Portable Chemical Latrines up to once per day at the same time as cleaning.
