This amendment must be acknowledged in writing. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for South Carolina, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, S.C., 29201 intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W912QG-23-Q-0059, to award one single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for services to support the South Carolina Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program for an event scheduled for the Greenville, SC zip code of 29601. Award will be made to the lowest price responsible quoter who represents the Best Value to the Government. However, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. The responses to this RFQ are intended to be evaluated, and award made, without discussions unless discussions are deemed to be necessary. Since award will be based on initial responses, quoters are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. The solicitation closing date is 22 September 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (EST). This requirement is being solicited as a total 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 and the Small Business size standard is $40,000,000.00. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 dated 7 July 2023. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The Yellow Ribbon Family Program for the South Carolina Army National Guard needs hotel and meeting space accommodations for a Yellow Ribbon Event being held 14-15 October 2023 (See Attachment 01: Performance Work Statement). A site visit to the hotel may be required prior to award. This location must be a full-service hotel located within Greenville, SC zip code 29601. Restaurants or catering services must be available on the premise. All sleeping rooms and meals must be at or below the Government's per diem rates located at https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates. All quoters must list UEI number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC, and phone number. To obtain or renew a UEI number or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award. When returning the solicitation (standard form 1449), please complete the following: 1. Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a. 2. Blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. 3. Pricing (unit price and NET amounts for ALL Items 0001 - 0009) and TOTAL Award Price. 4.
