Solicitation W912QG-21-R-0051 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 423120. The PSC for this requirement is 2895. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial quote should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all quotes if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest quote; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in quotes received. To be considered for award, the offeror must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at: https://www.sam.gov). All vendors must have a publicly visible registration in SAM. Offerors must include the following information with their offer: DUNS Number, CAGE Code, Federal Tax ID Number, Physical Address, Phone Number and the Point of Contact.
