This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for twenty-four (24) porta potty units and twelve (12) handwashing stations to include supplying water and five separate service days. The delivery date will be 04 June 2021 and the pick-up date will be 16 June 2021. Service dates for porta potty units and handwashing stations will be 06 June, 08 June, 10 June, 12 June and 14 June 2021. Service days will include removing all waste and “grey” water and delivery of water for handwash stations. Delivery will be made to four separate locations located on McCrady Training Center located in Eastover, SC. The delivery breakout will be as follows: Location #1: Twelve (12) porta potty units and six (6) handwashing stations. Location will be used by approximately 200 Pax Location #2: Four (4) porta potty units and two (2) handwashing stations. Location will be used by approximately 130 Pax Location #3: Four (4) porta potty units and two (2) handwashing stations. Location will be used by approximately 70 Pax Location #4: Four (4) porta potty units and two (2) handwashing stations. Location will be used by approximately 110 Pax All quotes should be submitted in the following Contract Line Item Structure: CLIN Description Quantity Unit Price Total Price 0001 Porta Potty Units 24 0002 Handwash Stations 12 0003 Service Days 5 0004 Water Delivery Solicitation W912QG-21-R-0026 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is unrestricted and the applicable NAICS Code is 562991 and the PSC is W099. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in the SAM.gov prior to submitting a quote. You can find the registration link for SAM at SAM.gov or beta.sam.gov. There is no charge or expense to register your company with SAM, but a valid, current SAM registration is required to receive a Federal Government Contract. Offerors must include the following with their offer: Duns Number, CAGE Code and Federal Tax ID number.
