All other aspects of the buy remain unchanged.* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for Hydrostatic Retesting of fifteen (15), 125 Pound model 490 Purple K Wheeled Fire Extinguishers. All extinguishers are currently located at McEntire Joint National Guard Base located in Eastover, SC. The quote for Hydrostatic testing will consist of, at a minimum, the following: Hydrostatic retest of fifteen (15) 125lb Model 490 Purple K wheeled fire extinguishers All transportation required to remove the units for testing and returning all units to McEntire Discharge and examine each unit per applicable codes and industry standards Perform hydrostatic proof pressure testing and re-inspect per the same Perform unit recharges per MFG specifications Replace value body seal, fill cap gasket and valve stem assembly on all units (all units must be returned fully functional) Provide compliant labeling that shows hydrostatic retest performed on all units Provide current annual certification labeling Solicitation W912QG-21-R-0020 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 (size standard of $7.5 million) and this procurement is set-aside 100% for small business. The PSC for this requirement is J042. To be considered for this award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). All vendors must have a publically visible registration in SAM. Offerors must include the following with their offer: Duns Number, CAGE Code, Federal Tax ID number and the attached FAR Clauses (FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26 and 252.204-7016).
