This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposals or Request for Quotes. The purpose of this synopsis is to seek interest and capabilities of Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Small Business, SBA Section 8(a) participant, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, HUB Zone Business general contractors who have the capability. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 541191. The South Carolina Air National Guard anticipates the solicitation and award of a contract to perform a thorough and complete title search for installation land interests and provide a detailed report for each land parcel for the estimated 2400 acres that comprise McEntire JNGB. This should include, but is not limited to researching Deeds, Easements, Plats, Surveys, Liens, Judgements, etc. Each parcel/tract should have its own title search and a detailed report should be organized and provided with all corresponding pertinent documentation to the 169th Fighter Wing at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, South Carolina. On or before 5PM EST on March 4, 2021, all interested Small Business concerns will provide in writing a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor for this requirement to include the following: (a) Business name, address, cage code, size classification based on NAICS size standard, socioeconomic classification (i.e. HUBZone; 8(a), etc.), and a point of contact; (b) Evidence of your experience performing work similar in type and scope to the work in this announcement within the last five years. The evidence should include: contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts and points of contacts with telephone numbers. Please do not include more than three past projects; and (c) Include attachments cataloging the company's equipment assets, personnel resources and financial resources that demonstrate company responsibility and capability to perform required work.
