The South Carolina Army National Guard is seeking to gain knowledge of potential small business concerns that would be interested and qualified to submit quotes for this requirement. This notice is for planning purposes only and all interested small business concerns should respond by the close date of this request. The SC Army National Guard may issue a solicitation and award a contract for this requirement subject to the availability of funds and locating a successful supplier. All interested small business concerns will provide this office a notice (via email) stating their positive intention to submit a quote for this requirement no-later-than 5:00 PM EST on 19 June 2020. The requirement is for a cleaning decontamination solution that can be used with a “fogger.” The purpose of the cleaning is to sterilize buildings and their contents in relation to the COVID-19 outbreak. You must provide sufficient documentation to demonstrate that the product you intend to supply is effective in sterilizing against COVID-19, and you must also demonstrate that your product can be utilized with a fogging apparatus. This sources sought is only for the chemicals related to the sanitization.
