This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for the purchase of LivingWorks Licenses for suicide education and prevention. The primary purpose of licenses will be to better educate individuals to warning signs of suicide and to help with the following: Become more comfortable talking about suicide Keep a loved one safe in times of distress Support friends and co-workers Build professional skills The Army Suicide Prevention Training Program dictates that this training be provided by LivingWorks Education and an executed J&A is posted with this solicitation for other than full and open competition. Your response should have one (1) CLIN and be in the following format: ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES QTY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 Licenses 10,000 EA Solicitation W912QG-20-R-0068 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR parts 12 & 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for Total Small Business Concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611430. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered is SAM.gov. All vendors must have a publically visible registration is SAM. Offerors must include the following information with their offer: DUNS Number, CAGE Code and Federal Tax ID.
