This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for 334 portable squat stands with pull up bars to be delivered to the USPFO warehouse located at 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC 29201. The primary purpose for the equipment is to allow members of the SCARNG to prepare for annual and semi-annual physical fitness testing. The portable squat stands with pull-up bars must be constructed out of black powder coat/galvanized steel. The stands must conform to the size requirements specified in the attached diagram. Delivery must be made to the SC Army National Guard, Columbia, SC by 30 October 2020. This NAICS Code for this acquisition is 339920 and this acquisition is unrestricted. Offers will be evaluated based on their conformance to the attached diagram and ability to meet the required delivery timeframe. To be considered for this award the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management, and have a publically visible registration. Offerors must include thir CAGE Code, DUNS NUmber and Federal Tax ID number on their offer. All offerors must acknowledge FAR Clauses 52.204-8, 52.204-24, 52.204-25, 52.204-26 and DFARS 252.204-7016, 252.204-7017 and 252.204-7018. Additiaonal clauses will apply.
