The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for an 8 Station, propane heated shower trailer. Each shower stall must have the following: changing area, lockable door, faucet, germicide protected mat, clothing hook or clothing storage area and seat. Trailer must also have sinks with vanities, wastebasket, soap and paper towel dispensers and mirror. These can be communal in nature. Trailer should also have sufficient lighting for safe operations at any time during the day or night and be climate controlled. The contractor shall provide one (1) 8-Station Shower Trailer (propane heated). The trailer will be delivered to the SIM Center located on McCrady Training Center, 5411 Leesburg Road, Eastover, SC 29044-9184. The shower trailer will be delivered No-Later-Than 10:00 AM EST on 03 August 2020, and will be picked up No-Later-Than 4:00 PM EST on 09 August 2020. 09 August 2020 is a Sunday and as such, the vendor can arrange for trailer pick up on the following Monday 10 August 2020; however, the vendor is not authorized to charge the Government for this additional day. This day is provided as a courtesy to the vendor and may be utilized at the vendor’s expense. This must be pre-arranged with Unit POC. Solicitation W912QG-20-R-0054 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business and the NAICS Code is 532120. To be considered for the award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a publically visible registration. Offerors must include the following with their offer: DUNS Number, CAGE Code and Federal Tax ID. All request for information (RFIs) shall be sent to christopher.a.jones292.mil@mail.mil no-later-than 10:00 AM on 14 July 2020.
