This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard for the calibration of a USBF/VMB Electronics Subsystem “Blade Static Balancer” MFG Part # AV-SVC-012. Calibration of electronics system will include: pre-shop analysis of the subsystem, inspection, cleaning of computer and sensor bars, and check/adjust/re-calibrate the three on-board load cells using Avion (OEM) process. The subsystem calibration must be certified by Avion Manufacturing and a Certificate of Calibration must be included with the calibration. Shipping and crating cost must also be included. Solicitation W912QG-20-R-0021 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns and the assigned NAICS Code is 488190 (Other Support Activities for Air Transportation) with a Size Standard $32,500,000.00. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in SAMs. All vendors must have a publically visible profile and must include the following with the submitted quote: Duns Number, CAGE Code Number and Federal Tax ID. All Request for Information (RFIs) shall be sent to christopher.a.jones292.mil@mail.mil no-later-than 9:00 AM EST on 10 March 2020.
