This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for one (1) crane and one (1) crane operator capable of moving eight (8) 20’ CONNEX containers, and twelve (12) TRICONS. The estimated loaded weight for a CONNEX is 20,000 lbs. The estimated weight for a loaded TRICON is 7,000 lbs. The scope of work would include lifting and moving all CONNEX containers and all TRICONS for sanitizing and loading these items onto commercial trucks. When: 25-27 February 2020 Where: 107 Rockmont Road, Easley, SC 29642 Solicitation W912QG-20-R-0018 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns with a Primary NAICS Code of 532412. To be considered for this award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors must include the following information with their offer: DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Federal Tax ID Number.
