This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for one (1) crane and one (1) crane operator capable of moving eight (8) 20’ CONNEX containers, and twelve (12) TRICONS. The estimated loaded weight for a CONNEX is 20,000 lbs. The estimated weight for a loaded TRICON is 7,000 lbs. The scope of work would include lifting and moving all CONNEX containers and all TRICONS for sanitizing and loading these items onto commercial trucks.
