This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for forty (40) steel doors with locksets. These doors will be utilized for explosive urban breaching AND ballistic breach training and must be designed and sold as such. The doors must, at a minimum, meet the requirements listed below: Door Size: 36” x 80” 25 Gauge Steel Pre-hung Left Hand In-swing Lock Set Bore (Ready for Lockset and Deadbolt – 2 Holes) Lockset and Deadbolt Must fit a door Thickness up to 1 – 3/4” These items are being procured for a pre-scheduled class and delivery must be made No-Later-Than 28 February 2020 to McCrady Training Center located at 5411 Leesburg Road, Eastover, SC 29044-9184. Solicitation W912QG-20-R-0015 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns with a Primary NAICS Code is 321991. To be considered for this award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors must include the following information with their offer: DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Federal Tax ID Number.
