This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for South Carolina (USPFO-SC), 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC 29201 intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard for Coyote Brown (Color), Safe-to-Fly Combat Boots that are compliant with AR 670-1. There are no exceptions to these requirements. A total of 90 safe-to-fly (AR 670-1 Compliant, Coyote Brown) boots are required. A breakdown of the required sizes is attached. Delivery will be to 915 Perimeter Road, Greenville, SC 29605-5458. Please see attachments for further clarifications of boot requirements. Solicitation W912QG-20-R-0009 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns and the assigned NAICS Code is 448110. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in SAMs. All vendors must have a publically visible profile and must include the following with the submitted quote: Duns Number, CAGE Code Number and Federal Tax ID. All Request for Information (RFIs) shall be sent to christopher.a.jones292.mil@mail.mil no-later-than 9:00 AM EST on 16 December 2019.
