Sole Source: The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price order under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W91RUS-11-A-0006 on a sole source basis with Cellco Partnership doing business as Verizon Wireless located at One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920-1025. The USPFO has a requirement for 75 cell phones with 400 voice minute plans, 235 broadband devices with unlimited data plans, 800 iPhones (Smart Phones) with 400 voice minutes and unlimited domestic data plans, 32 devices with global email and 400 domestic minutes, 800 unlimited broadband connection. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice shall be sent to sharon.l.zimmerman8.civ@mail.mil no later than 1400 (2:00 PM ET) Friday, 22 February 2019. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information, all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed requirement. If no affirmative responses are received by the date and time listed to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, the negotiations will commence with Verizon Wireless. This procurement is to be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. There is no solicitation package available.
