This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) and the solicitation number for this requirement is W912QG-19-R-0030. The United States and Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for South Carolina, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC 29201 requires the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, course materials, supervision, transportation, certification registrations and other items and services necessary to provide all specified training for SC Army National Guard Firefighters located at McCrady Training Center, 5411 Leesburg Road, Eastover, SC 29044-9184. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Contractor shall provide DoD recognized and approved training for 25 personnel. The training must result in either IFSAC or Pro Board accredited training. The training will be separated into the following two sessions, and all training will be conducted on-site in Eastover, SC: Session One: Apparatus Operator: Emergency Vehicle Drive, Pumper, MWS & ARFF This period of instruction for this course will be 01 - 09 June 2019. Vendor must provide separate training materials for each student. Session Two: Fire Officer I, Instructor I and Inspector I The period of instruction for these courses will be 10 - 24 June 2019. Vendor must provide separate training materials for each student. Evaluation Method: Responses will be evaluated utilizing LPTA based on offerors meeting all requirements as stated in the solicitation. Solicitation W912QG-19-R-0030 is issued as a RFP in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This procurement is unrestricted and the NAICS Code is 611430. To be considered for this award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and have a publically visible registration. Offeror must include the following information with their proposal: DUNS Number, CAGE Code and Federal Tax ID Number.
