The United States Property & Fiscal Office (USPFO) for South Carolina (SC) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for 540 ea. Living Works Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Participant Kits (USA), 300 ea. Living Works Suicide to Hope (s2H) Participant Curriculum, 65 ea Living Works Brochure 9EN4001. These products are to assist the South Carolina Army National Guard in reducing suicides among Soldiers IAW Army Regulation 600-63 and Department of the Army Pamphlet (DA PAM) 600-24. The result of this market research will help determine best the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 323117 with a size standard of 1,250. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract requirements, please provide the following information: 1. Prospective Offeror Identification : a. Provide a brief history of your business and experience in providing the same materials to the U.S. Army /Army National Guard. b. Provide a list of past contracts with the Army/National Guard (minimum) where you provided the same materials. d. Can your company handle the load identified? BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION OR SOLE SOURCE at the Contracting Officer's discretion. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
